A Day to Do Over
amy, this is just absolutely lovely. and i love your take on the theme...a day so filled with goodness that you would want to repeat it. when i heard the prompt, i only heard the negative...a day to do again because you didn't get it right the first time.
Amy, this is just amazing work, I love the idea of creating boxes to draw in - so much less daunting and so much easier to fill up that scary white space :)
I stumbled across your podcast back in February, and I have, as of yesterday, listened to every episode that is available. Thankyou so much for such an inspiring podcast - your thoughts and ideas and essays and recommendations have helped me to open my eyes to the world around me and to rediscover my own creativity, and that of my children. I now have a real passion and excitement for all the various arts and crafts that I love to do (too many I am sure :) and to be able to share these with my children is such an invaluable gift. Today I sketched at the park while my son played - 6 months ago it would never even occurred to me to do that.
