  1. I think that we can hear a song or read a book and it makes no impression, then one day we can hear the song (or read the book) and it strikes us in a profound way. We might enjoy the song in an abstracted way, but the day where we are in a place where the song or other art touches us in that profound way means that a lot of pieces are coming together in the right way. I was talking about this with a friend regarding books. We both found some books to be good, but ‘meh’ for us. We agreed that we weren’t in the right space. It sounds like this happened to you with the Keith Urban song.

    1. Yes! I agree. The same exact content may strike us differently in a different space and time. What wonderful serendipity when the time is right and the content appears, right?
