Episode 310 of the CMP, a Creativity Matters Podcast
In this episode of the CMP, a continuation of the “time” discussion started in Episode 308. This is the actionable show with a concrete “time” exercise to do, so grab some paper and a pen and follow along. I’ll walk through the exercise as an example, and you can do the same steps to map and block out your own time—and see what it reveals. Maybe it won’t surprise you. Maybe it will. Either way, at the conclusion, you will have a better accounting of where time actually goes, how you are using it, and what blocks of time make up your average day.
